I have been trying to drink Kombucha everyday, and sometimes forget to buy a bottle. I have this on hand ready to mix. It takes 1 tsp per cup of water, tastes like grape/black currant, is not too sweet as well has the effervesce desired in Kombucha.

This kombucha powder from MentalFuel tastes similiar to bottles of kombucha from a store. While MentalFuel states that this jar makes 40 servings, they did not mention the size of each drink. For me, a 7 oz or so of water is about the maximum I would go with to retain reasonable taste intensity. At the current price, I think the cost per volume is a bit cheaper than buying 6 pack of bottles and this powder can sit in your pantry rather than taking up room in your fridge.

Tasty, I really like it. It has a slight effervescent effect on your tongue. It’s advertised to have a lot of health benefits but I haven’t been drinking it for long enough to notice any significant effects. However I will keep drinking it because it taste really good and it’s cost effective, a little goes a long way.

This tastes that good that I had to go re-read the ingredients to make sure it was actually healthy (it is). I like that I can keep adding more water to my water bottle and as long as there is still some kombucha mix in there, my water still tastes good. So I have been drinking more water and getting kombucha too. The calories are low as well.

Ive tried it in drinks and oatmeal. I like the taste when added to my soda stream drinks and hot teas. (I use a teaspoon or less) i didnt care for the taste when i added it to my oatmeal.
