Great tasting powder which has many reported health benefits. It is difficult to isolate the effects but does seem to promise a great deal: brain health, gut health, anti-oxidant properties, anti-aging properties and more. Worth a try.

I love drinking Kombucha and have never had it in powder form before, so I thought I’d give it a try. Oh it is so good! I like it more than the pre-made in bottles or cans.It doesn’t taste as sour as most Kombuchas so I think it would be great for someone new wanting to try it out for the benefits. It did taste sweeter than any other premixed stuff I had, but had less sugar.Actually it may be really good for those on Keto since it only has 1 net gram of carbs per serving, but it also has maltodextrin which can be a bit misleading about the carb or glucose spiking amount.It is really refreshing on its own. I mix it in with my collagen drink daily and it is perfect.I’d get this again, although it is pretty pricey.

Ive tried it in drinks and oatmeal. I like the taste when added to my soda stream drinks and hot teas. (I use a teaspoon or less) i didnt care for the taste when i added it to my oatmeal.

I really tried to like this. I hate buying big bottles of Kabucha because it’s expensive and such a waste. So this was an effort to be more environmentally conscious and save money. It’s just not the same. Flavour is off for me and I don’t like the artificial sweetener. Maybe others will enjoy it but I won’t be buying it again.

Wifey got me into Kombucha years ago when she started making her own at home. Problem was it can be not the easiest to take with me and store at work. This powder has been great since I can keep it in my locker at work and just make some when on break if I like.I do like the berry flavour and I find it is not too sweet or tart. I tend to mix it on the weak side but the nice thing about a powder is you can make it as strong or as weak as you like to your personal taste.Definitely going to grab more of this when the time comes.
