I really don’t notice any energizing abilities of these powders, but I don’t mind using this one as a creamer – and if it does any extra good stuff to my body – even better.There is no flavour, but it adds a nice texture to the coffee and it is easy to mix.

I used a little electric milk frother with this in my coffee, Tastes great and mixed pretty good. A few clumps but no big deal! I had using soy based powder creamers so I’m pretty excited to have found this creamer!

I love coffee and drink it anywhere. I despise the coffee creamers and this looked like a good alternative.It is!It tastes way better to me than the so called dry creamers. It goes great in my coffee.If at home I use my power hand blender to get a perfect blend – on the road I just stir – not as good but still fully acceptable.This is in my car bag permanently now.

This mixed well with my coffee, but I would have prefered more coconut. Like other reviews stated, this creamer tastes alot like a powdered milk based creamer. I know it’s supposed to be unflavored, but I just imagined that since they put a coconut on the outside of the bag, and it comes from coconut oil, that it would still hold that taste. That being said, it’s still a good tasting and easy to use keto creamer.

This Keto Coffee Creamer says that a serving is 2 tablespoons. This contains 70 calories and 35% of your daily saturated fat. So, although it’s an alternative to the corn syrup solids in CoffeeMate, if you use this Keto Coffee Creamer in excess, it might raise your cholesterol level.It does mix with coffee but it requires more stirring than standard powder creamers. It mixes better if you use a small hand held frother.So, this creamers tastes good and has its purpose. If you don’t use it in excess, it certainly can be a viable alternative to the unhealthy corn syrup solids in regular powdered creamer.

The creamer taste delicious I absolutely love that it contains MCT Oil powder, that was the main reason I got it. MCT is hugely beneficial and I am so excited to be able to incorporate it in my morning coffee and routine.

I do like this creamer compared to the liquid ones. I have found it needs to be well mixed or else it will clump.I found very little flavour, but that is fine. It does a nice job of providing some creaminess to my coffee. I have not had any adverse effects from it and don’t know about any of the benefits at this point.It is my new favorite creamer and is on my re-buy list for sure.
