This keto creamer tastes delicious, it is so easy to dissolve and it gives my coffee a real nice flavor. I thought it would be different to any regular creamer for being keto, but for my surprise I can tell there is a difference about the flavor or texture. I would buy it again.

Although it does clump up even in very hot coffee it does taste great but you definitely have to stir it up. I love the fact that it is keto (diabetic friendly). I would definitely recommend this product.

Never though much about keto creamers; but decided to give this a try, and happy that I did.The creamer dissolves relatively quickly in coffee or tea, as long as I don’t put too big a spoonful (I’ve learned to put in a bit, stir until it blends, and then a bit more; repeat). In terms of its taste, it makes the coffee and tea very smooth tasting, and only adds a touch a sweetness, which I much prefer. I now even put it into my hot chocolate, tastes so much better with it.

I ordered this for my wife as she is on a keto diet to control her diabetes. It is more for emergency supplies in case heavy cream (which she usually uses in her coffee) gets hard to find or too expensive to manage in these inflationary times. It’s a fair sized bag for the price and will get us through a crunch for a while. If you are on a keto diet I would recommend it as most powdered coffee creamers can’t be used on that diet.

I love everything about this MCT oil powder except for the non-recyclable plastic- lined paper bag. There is no excuse for putting this product in a single use bag. I will probably go back to the more expensive MCT oil powders in a standard plastic jar because those are recyclable.
