It’s been quite awhile since I had Bulletproof coffee and I always used to make it with unsalted butter and coconut oil.I like it that way but I wanted some extra benefits and I believe MCT oil gives me that.I’ve been experimenting with mushroom coffee and a dandelion/chicory blend and adding both this MCT oil and a scoop of collagen powder. It makes my hot drink creamier without adding any taste. I always use my personal blender for this because I like adding bubbles to make it creamy and a little frothy (from the collagen powder). The only issue I have is with the lid. I’m not sure if I broke it or not but the flip cap snaps all the way off. It does snap back on again and it doesn’t leak so it does seem to be okay even when I store the bottle on its side.I also made some keto brownies for my son and used MCT oil in place of the a toxic seed oil. I had no idea if this would work for baking or not but the brownies came out perfectly moist and tasty. So you don’t have to limit yourself to just using this in coffee! It is important to me on a keto diet to consume enough fat and I love using this MCT oil to increase the fat content of foods and drinks to help me feel more full. It’s also a good oil for those without a gallbladder (me!) as bile is not required for digestion.I will also add this to my whey protein powder mix as it is low carb and low fat and the added healthy fat will help me feel full longer.Although this is packaged in Canada, coconuts obvious don’t grow in Canada so I would be happier with this product if I knew more about the source. MCT oil can also be made from palm oil so I feel more confident in this oil knowing that yes it is made from coconuts as I see that on the label. However after a bit of research on my own, I do see that “C8” is supposed to be the easiest isolate for your body to convert into ketones with “C10” being the second best. There are two other isolates, C6 and C12 that are less good according to the Bulletproof Coffee website. So the label is accurate when it says “premium” MCT oils as this oil has 62% C8 (the best( and 28% of C10 (second best) oils. Both C8 and C10 are good for energy and I’m looking forward to noticing a shift there. I have only been taking this for a couple of days so I continue to use this and see how it supports both my keto diet and my energy levels.I am also using this for oil pulling since I have some gum inflammation. It’s a good moisturizer for hair and skin too so this one bottle has multiple uses for you to enjoy.

This product is odorless and tasteless, making it seamless to incorporate into my coffee without altering its flavor. The texture of the MCT Oil is like watered-down oil. However, it blends well in the coffee, leaving no clumps or oil slicks floating on the surface. The main reason I started taking MCT Oil was to experience the touted energy boost, and I must say, it delivers on that front. I do feel a slight increase in energy levels after taking it with my coffee, and I don’t experience any jitters or anxiety as I have with some other energy-boosting supplements. I have not experienced any upset stomach or other negative side effects like burps, poops, or aftertaste. As for other potential benefits of MCT Oil, I haven’t been using it long enough to notice significant changes beyond the energy boost. The one downside I’ve encountered with this product is the nozzle design. When pouring the oil into my coffee mug, it tends to drip down the side, making a mess on the counter.

This is an excellent value. This bottle is really big and it lasts a long time. You don’t need to take a lot of this oil every day for the benefits. This oil is made well and has no taste, so it’s very easy to take. If you’re fasting, this is a great way to break a fast. The price is good for the quantity and quality.

Bought this size because it was cheaper then buying the half liter size. Use to make bullet proof coffee or take it straight , seems to help with foggy brain issues as well. Better then butter in coffee imo, Very clean high quality oil. Put a table spoon in hot black coffee ,stir and enjoy.

If you read things on keto diet, you have probably heard about MCT oils. This seems to be a good example of those. It comes in a big soft 1L bottle. If you have been in a keto diet, you might probably have tried coconut oil. This oil is said to have been derived from coconut oil. It is clear in color and it is as runny as coconut oil, but without any smell or taste. While I like the taste and smell of coconut oil, not everybody feels the same as I do. Being colorless, odorless, and tasteless, this is quite unnoticeable when it is mixed with other things and should be easy to use. I tried it with coffee and aside from a little bit of oily reflection on the top, it was quite unnoticeable.Recommended dosage is a tablespoon, so a 1L bottle should go a long way, although I cannot figure out why they recommend such a small dosage. On the other hand, since this is no cheap product, with a price tag of $36 CAD at the time of writing, small dosage should help have it last long.Again, if you have used coconut oil before, you know that it is very runny and quickly rubs on anything and everywhere. As you use small amounts of this oil with a capped bottle, it seems to be less likely to get smeared on everything. Yet, it is also hard to pour it from the bottle to a tablespoon without some of it escaping from the targeted spoon. It is hard to determine the effectiveness of any product objectively on your mental abilities, but if you intend to use MCT oil, it seems like this is the right product to start with. For those on a keto diet, since your carbohydrate consumption is very very low, you will have to power your brain using oils and fats. MCT oil is recommended as a quick power supply. This one is a good option to try.

MCT oil is produced from coconut oil, but unlike coconut oil this one does not solidify at room temperature. They counted on it when they packed it in a bottle rather than a jar, and as much as I like the small opening at the top of the bottle I cannot help but feel like it’s going to break soon (it has not , so far)This goes lovely for skin care (although careful, it can be clogging your pores if your skin is prone to this) nail care and most of all hair care, as it is so easy to easily distribute some on the dry tips.In diet it is super useful for keto, for bulletproof coffee, and also it can easily be added to salads and such because it is so devoid of its original flavour.I really like it and I think this is a good value as the bottle is so large (1 Litre) and it’s really going to last a long time.I think anyone should have a bottle of this in the house, a little bit adds a lot of nutritional value to so many things! I could not find any contraindications so I do serve a bit to my kids too, mixed into salads and others meals. Recommended!

There is much to like about this medium chain triglyceride oil.It is completely tasteless and easy to add to any food you are consuming if you don’t wish to eat it as is.It comes in a fairly large bottle that is safely sealed to ensure it hasn’t been tampered with.It is packaged in a GMP (Good Manfacturung Practice) facility of high standards. The expiry date is way off in the future so you know it is fresh.I have been taking it for a couple of weeks and my body receives it wellRecommended!

This is a great MCT oil.Not big on keto coffee so I either just eat a teaspoon/tablespoon or use it in a salad dressing.I did start with a teaspoon and worked my way up to a tablespoon a week later.I did notice an improvement in my focus and energy. It comes in a 1ltr bottle so i decant some into a small oil bottle from an oil and vinagar set.And you cant beat the price.

I have been using the straight C8 version of this company’s MCT oil for the last 78 weeks and have nothing bad to say about the oil itself. The container for this version with C10 also says nothing about where the coconut oil is sourced, just that it is packaged in Canada, Saskatoon. Sure, the packaging will be quality controlled, but where does the oil originate? What kind of quality control is there in the country of origin?Having a version of this with both C8 and C10 MCT is new to us, and I will follow up if there is anything significant to say about it one way or the other.I’ve been using MCT oil, from various suppliers, for the last couple of years and have experienced the benefits, so I was willing to give this a try. The simple fact is that as a person ages, certain things like memory are affected, and by using some products and eliminating others like sugar, these deteriorating effects can be slowed or reduced and possibly, depending on personal physiology, stopped. Using MCT along with certain nootropics, I have seen a reduction of certain age-related issues, especially deterioration of memory and cognitive abilities. Getting the MCT oil into the gut before anything else does have a definite benefit.Anyone looking at MCT as an addition to their daily regimen would be well advised to do some online research and talk with a holistic practitioner to determine what’s best for them and test for how much they should be using.Like other offerings, this has no taste. Using it in coffee or whatnot works well.👀 The fact that the website has the option for a language change to Chinese leads me to think that China may be the source of the oil or this is a Chinese-owned company operating out of Saskatoon. This alone is worrisome as I personally have experienced some not-so-great quality when it comes to food products from China. That said, so far in the weeks we’ve been using the C8 oil, there have been no bad experiences. The label advises new users to start with one dose per day, one teaspoon, and then if there are no tummy troubles, increase slowly up to three doses per day. This is good advice as not everyone reacts favourably, and hitting it hard can increase white throne time for some people. The only negative thing I can mention right now is that, like the C8 oil, the top that’s used to pour out the oil is garbage. There always ends up a lot of oil running down the side, a real waste. What they need is to put a pump on these bottles so that the oil can be dispensed with no waste. So even though the company leaves me suspect, I will use the oil, and if anything negative comes up, I will edit this review.
