KETO Coffee Creamer – Pure C8 C10 MCT Oil Powder from coconut, 300 g/ bag, Excellent in Coffee, Tea, Shakes, Smoothies & Baking, Unflavoured, No-Sugar, No-GMOFirst impressions: That’s a lot of powder in the bag. There’s not a lot of smell. The taste is like a powdered milk.Installation/setup: Spoon into coffee right out of the bag.Final thoughts: I like the flavor, it’s a lot like a regular powdered creamer. I got it to use if I’m out of regular creamer or milk products. I will try it in smoothies and tea as well. It’s good.⭐️1 star – I don’t recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars – I don’t recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars – It’s passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars – Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars – Product that I totally recommend.

A simple unflavored keto coffee creamer made from coconuts and has no sugar or artificial sugars added. Does contain some milk components. Besides coffee, can also be used in smoothies, cooking or baking easily, my personal favorite being a banana, strawberry smoothie with a good spoonful of this, adds just enough of that coconut flavor despite how overpowering bananas can be.It does mix relatively well if you slowly add it to coffee, I have noticed though, that if you take a big spoonful and try to put it into coffee it will clump but will eventually mix completely given a couple minutes.

I have tried adding spoonfuls of coconut oil to my coffee. This was ok but always had issue with oil just staying on top. This MCT creamer is liIn the form of a powder. You mix it in and it disperses throughout the coffee rather than just sitting on top. For this reason I like it better than just plain coconut oil. This powder also works like a coffee creamer and creams the coffee so you don’t need to add milk. It dissolved well. It looks like a white powder but you can tell there is oil because it holds it shape a little. It is fairly tasteless, in otherwords no strange after taste to coffee, ect

We are big coffee drinkers in our house and try to follow a low carb diet. So finding good coffee creamers that are shelf stable is hard. Most are pricey, yes like this one, but most also taste awful or leave your coffee so oily and not very cream. So honestly I grabbed this one with less than a small hope it was good. But thankfully after giving this a try in our coffee the last several mornings my husband and I are both surprised and happy that we took a chance. The powder mixes in amazingly well with our little battery operated coffee frother but with a spoon it does take a little more effort to stir it in well. Not a deal breakers just something to note if you don’t have a little electric whisk. The creamer has a nice rich mouth feel and creamy taste. For those that might work it tastes like coconut it does not have even the slightest coconut flavor. We do use a couple of big tablespoons in ours so we’ll go through it fast but that is just us and our heavy hand. Yes, it is expensive for the amount you get but I’ve seen higher prices on brands we didn’t enjoy so we will be reordering this one again.

I think this a great option for travel but I wouldn’t make this a daily addition to my keto menu.If you are on 20 total grams of carbs a day, you may not be too enthusiastic about giving up 2g of those carbs for a dose of MCT. But if you use heavy cream, a 2 tbsp serving would contain 1g if carbs so it’s not the worst. It’s quality refined MCT so less poopy-pants or upset stomach with the C12 removed. The package contains 30 servings but each 2 tbsp serving likely only contains 1/2 a tbsp of MCT. (1 tbsp MCT = 14 g of fat, 2 tbsp of the MCT Creamer = 7g of fat).Straight MCT oil is by far more budget friendly but the real cachet of this product for me is that it is travel friendly and can be packed in my carry-on as well. No worry of oil spilling or TSA hassles. It does contain isomalto oligosaccharides which can affect your blood sugar levels similarly to pure dextrose. So even in small amounts this sweetener can kick you out of ketosis. It stirred fine into tea but as with any fat added to water blending is best.

After buying this size twice, I’ve upgraded to the larger container size. I use a fritter to blend. Love the taste and can’t wait for my coffee in the morning.

Flavor is “eh”. Not the most fantastic MCT powder I have ever had, but not the worst. Ingredients are better than most. Value is on par with other brands, but those other brands are better. Personally … I would pass but keep searching. Not bad, but just not great.
