This collagen powder is made in Canada which I’ve heard goes through strict guidelines and process so I always feel good about products made in Canada and feel assured that they’re safe and sound. This container was very securely packaged and I couldn’t easily peel off the inner seal so had to use scissors. I knew there should be a scooper inside but had to dig around a bit and what a nice mini shovel scooper it is! I added it to my coffee and it dissolved very fast and didn’t alter the flavor. I love collagen in powder form to add to my morning drink so will be enjoying this.

1 scoop is 10mg and container has 360mg. It is a large container.Collagen is loaded with amino acids like hydroxyproline. Google says glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline help make collagen. I got it for the collagen for strength and elasticity to skin.. The nutrition facts sheet lists a bunch of stuff it doesnt have in it which I find strange. If it has no potassium , calcium, iron then why list it at 0mg…. No fat, no carbs, no cholesterol.

This marine collagen powder is pretty good. I usually mix my collagen into a cup of orange juice in the morning with some added powdered fruit and greens, and sometimes I use it in a morning smoothie. This worked nicely in both. There was no flavor change and I couldn’t taste this, which is perfect for me. Collagen powders always download better in warm or hot drinks, but I didn’t have too much trouble moving this into cold. It clumped slightly, but was easily squished out.

I’ve been taking collagen for about a year for its many benefits. It has helped me tremendously, and I don’t plan to stop taking it anytime soon. With that being said, when I saw this Collagen powder with Hydroxy-Proline (plus all the other great ingredients) I was excited to add it to my regimen. I usually get flavored collagen so I’m looking forward to being able to use this one in ways I can’t use the others. So far, I’ve tried this over ice mixed with other supplements as well as adding it to my morning coffee. It mixes and dissolves well in both and is truly flavorless. However, it DOES have that faint aftertaste you get from some “flavorless” powders that I can only describe as like what the outside of capsule supplements taste like. It’s not a bad flavor, but it’s present. Overall, I’m very happy with this Collagen. It’s a great additive.

This collagen mixes well into my smoothie. It doesn’t add any funky taste to it. I was a bit worried that it might have a “fishy” taste to it since it is marine collagen, but it doesn’t–it just tastes and smells like collagen usually does. The label seems kind of wonky–but that might just be since it is packaged in Canada? Maybe they have different requirements? Not sure about that. This comes with a nice scoop and I use it in a smoothie about once a day, so this should last over a month for me.
