It’s smart science to combine Kombucha and Fish Collagen for anti-aging:
- Glow from the inside out – each serving contains 2.5g of fish collagen which is the dose shown to have skin benefits. For collagen to work topically it needs to penetrate deep below the skin’s surface, so ingesting it is an easier way to achieve a therapeutic dose and glow from the inside out.
- Biofermentation increases the bioavailability and bioactivity of ingredients in the formula including the collagen, so it becomes better absorbed by the body.
- Variety of berries known for their superfood and antioxidant power work together with collagen and probiotics to encourage healthy skin and balanced gut flora.

The initial taste was a bit strange. However, as I continued sipping on it, I found myself enjoying it more and more. You can simply mix it with either hot or cold water, and it dissolves easily without forming any lumps. It’s sugar-free, making it a healthier choice for those who prefer to avoid excess sugar in their beverages. Personally, I found the taste to be even more enjoyable when the drink was chilled. It becomes a refreshing go-to beverage during hot weather, providing a cool and revitalizing sensation. One aspect that I would have liked to know more about is the collagen content, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find any information on that.

For a Kombucha mix this was pretty good. It sort of taste like an iced tea mix with very light fizzing. I haven’t had a regular kombucha mix to compare with, but this did have a bit of a medicine after tones which I guess might put some off. This kombucha mix seems to have lesser servings than expected. While it mentioned 30 servings, their servings are with 200mls of water. I find this strange and a bit misleading since usually a cup or 250ml is expected serving size most of the time. If we did go by 250ml, this would provided 24 servings. But since 200ml is mixed with 1 tablespoon of powder, it’s not worth the bother making 250ml servings.Overall a good mix, though I’m unsure if it’s worth it with the collagen. As far as I can see the amount of collagen isn’t mentioned in the label but the listing seems to mention 2.5g per serving.
