This is my first time using a bee propolis throat spray. I have seasonal allergies and post nasal drip. As instructed, I shake the bottle and then spray 4 sprays each time, 3 times a day. There is a slight woody taste to this bee propolis spray but it doesn’t sting or taste bad in any way. I spray it into my mouth and then wait about half an hour before eating or drinking anything.

This is something that is a must have around the house. It’s very soothing and like I said, it’s a must have!

The bee propolis throat spray taste sweet along with the bee propolis flavour. No alcohol but the spray seems to linger in the throat a bit. It is hard to describe the sensation and not all that pleasant dispite an ok taste. If this is a concern to you it may not work that well. It got a two years shelf life and should be an excellent support for sore throats.

I got this as it seems like a good product to have. There really isn’t much in the way of taste and it came very well sealed. As to whether or not it works I will have to wait for the next sore throat episode to try it out. I will have to come back and update on its effectiveness. The spray works well and is not an expensive product so_does it work_we shall see. It’s made in Canada and with propolis which has anti-fungal and antibacterial properties which is just what you want in a throat spray. So far I’m happy…

The spray bottle is very compact and handy for travelling. It came hygienically sealed with plastic wrap, which is nice. The spray does not have the best taste, but is bearable and there is no burning compared to other oral sprays with alcohol. I noticed it helps soothe my throat and reduces irritation, so appears to work well. I recommend trying this product if you are looking for a natural alternative for sore throat relief.

I like how this is dispensed as a spray. No capfuls of liquid you need to consume to help your sore throat. Because it is more natural, it wouldn’t be as effective as the other over the counter medicines to soothe a sore throat. The bottle is very small, especially considering the dosage is 4 sprays with a frequency of 3-6 times per day. This one bottle wouldn’t last very long in my opinion. I have heard of Bee Propolis being used for sore throats. I can’t say for certain if it sped up my ability to get over a sore throat but I do like the natural ingredients.
