I was worried that this creamer would have a bad taste when mixed with my coffee, thankfully it didn’t. Made my coffee nice and creamy, great substitute for Coffeemate! I really enjoyed it, I just wish it was easier to blend! Sometimes I’d be there stirring for what felt like forever only to still have little clumps in my coffee.

I think this a great option for travel but I wouldn’t make this a daily addition to my keto menu.If you are on 20 total grams of carbs a day, you may not be too enthusiastic about giving up 2g of those carbs for a dose of MCT. But if you use heavy cream, a 2 tbsp serving would contain 1g if carbs so it’s not the worst. It’s quality refined MCT so less poopy-pants or upset stomach with the C12 removed. The package contains 30 servings but each 2 tbsp serving likely only contains 1/2 a tbsp of MCT. (1 tbsp MCT = 14 g of fat, 2 tbsp of the MCT Creamer = 7g of fat).Straight MCT oil is by far more budget friendly but the real cachet of this product for me is that it is travel friendly and can be packed in my carry-on as well. No worry of oil spilling or TSA hassles. It does contain isomalto oligosaccharides which can affect your blood sugar levels similarly to pure dextrose. So even in small amounts this sweetener can kick you out of ketosis. It stirred fine into tea but as with any fat added to water blending is best.

As someone who usually takes cream in their coffee, I have to say that this keto creamer has been a great replacement. At 70kcal, 7g of fat, 1g of protein, and no carbs, it’s a perfect boost to your morning coffee. To blend it thoroughly, I followed other reviewers’ advice and use my small automated whisk. If you don’t have one of those, expect to stir for a little longer than usual (think stirring up a hot chocolate versus adding a wee amount of sugar to something) for it to fully blend. The result is a creamy, full-bodied drink that will leave you totally satisfied and ready for your day. I absolutely love this product and will definitely buy again.

It makes the coffee feel a little more smooth and creamy. I used to drink it without anything added in and I find this makes it a little better! Great product.

I love coffee and drink it anywhere. I despise the coffee creamers and this looked like a good alternative. It is!It tastes way better to me than the so called dry creamers. It goes great in my coffee. If at home I use my power hand blender to get a perfect blend – on the road I just stir – not as good but still fully acceptable. This is in my car bag permanently now.

I Have a secret love for coffee whitner, but really don’t like the ingredients in it. This stuff is a great substitute, an with nothing but coconut in it, I don’t feel bad using it. Makes your coffee very creamy and you definitely taste the coconut. Will definitely buy more

I added a bit of this to some homemade low carb hot chocolate and mixed it with a milk frother and it was amazing. It was so creamy and had the same mouthfeel as using heavy whipping cream, but I used unsweetened almond milk. I haven’t tried this in coffee yet, but I anticipate that it will be excellent in that as well.

*** The good 👍✅ Overall Quality: The powder is fine, and compact, and does not fall off the spoon when manipulating it. This is pleasant as it prevents having to clean the counter after preparing our creamer.✅ Dissolution: As you can see in my video, it dissolves quite well, even without the “small liquid quantity” trick where I only add a small quantity of coffee, then mix the creamer to create sludge, then add the rest of the coffee, a bit like I used to do with bechamel.✅ Smell and taste: There is a faint coco smell, but no taste, or at least, none that can be easily detected in a strong-tasting coffee.*** The so-so⛔There was no “dosage” spoon. This may seem trivial at first, but having to measure every time with a weighing scale can quickly become tedious. I have inspected the package and there is no “ecological” statement as a reason for not including this tool. We have a dosage spoon from a previous life, and it fits in terms of quantity; maybe this bag should be branded as a “refill” for the large plastic containers.*** 👉 Other comments🌐 We did not experience any type of digestive issues when we started using this creamer. Maybe it is due to the fact that we are already used to this type of product.Verdict: I give it 4 good stars.Regardless of your KETO diet level, I think that this creamer is an easy win for the mornings.
